In our school, we prioritize diverse co-curricular activities, including Silambam, Yoga, and Karate, to foster physical fitness, mental well-being, and self-discipline.
Silambam, a traditional Indian martial art, teaches students the art of wielding a stick, instilling discipline, focus, and agility. Yoga, on the other hand, enhances flexibility, concentration, and inner peace, promoting a balanced mind and body. Additionally, Karate empowers students with self-defense skills, boosting their confidence and promoting physical fitness.
